In Season Rates - Weekly - $550.00 - $750.00 per week. Off Season Rate $450.00 per week - December thru April. Graduation Weekends/Special Event Weekends $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week.

In Season Monthly Rate - $1900.00 - $2,000.00 per month. Off Season Monthly Rate - December thru April - $1,150.00. Excepting special event or graduation times. Please call 877 224 8422

We do not have sleeping accommodations for infants or small children.

Rental of the cottage does not include use of the pool at the B&B.

Paper products, soaps, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioners, food, coffee, or cleaning products , etc. are not included at Amanda's cottage, However, the owner MAY choose to provide some amenities from time to time at their own discretion, Guests should be prepared to purchase what they feel they need or bring products from home.

Beds MAY be made when guests arrrive or sheets will be provided for guests to make the beds.

All trash is to be placed in the dumpster at the B&B when checking out.

Please strip the beds and place the dirty linens on the floor of the living room and hang any wet towels.

Guests are expected to bring their own towels, however, some towels may be provided for your use. If guests plan to use the futon couch they must bring their own bedding or sleeping bag. This property is partial furnished and MAY not provide the amenities of a hotel or motel.
